Simple Exercise Routines for Mental Health Patients Book PDF Summary

In this book I have photos of the exercises I did and continue with to achieve a toned body. I have two routines, one with no weights and one with weights. I am not going to tell people what to eat like most fitness books because I eat whatever I want as long as it’s healthy but I also indulge my sweet tooth. I am sure this routine could help you if you put a little bit of time and effort into it, you won’t see results over night but be patient and you’ll get there. One day you will look in the mirror and there will be a new you.
