Walking through Franklin Park, the aroma from the hot dog and Italian sausage stands and the sight of ice-cream and slush carts all add to the excitement of the Kite Festival. The two plant themselves on a grassy hill covered in soft green grass where Okie can fly his kite! Okies kite is flying high without lots of running. The right position keeps him enjoying his high-flying kite for hours. After a couple of hours, he catches the eye of a reporter, who speaks to Okies mom and is permitted to talk with him about kites. A delightful end to this story is sure to please kite-flying fans!
