When deadly radioactive waste is found buried in the Secretary’s development, Alec tracks the culprit to Europe, but a contract assassin silences his target before he can take him into custody. Caught up in a web of mistakes in handling the case, a disgruntled FBI agent blames Alec for his problems and targets him for assassination.
