The tornado did indeed hit Fort Smith Arkansas. About Wayne Adams Wayne Adams graduated from Haskell Indian Nations University in 2009 and attended the University of Kansas for meteorology. In 2011 Wayne was asked to forecast tornadoes down to the city for Angela Hensley Emergency Manager of Haskell County Oklahoma. The book “Tornado Forecasting For Haskell County Emergency Management Agency 2011” He is now attending Unity College for a degree in Environmental Science as a senior with an emphasis on Climate Change.
