We're sixteen year olds that have been thrown into the very same war that our parents were killed in. We don't know what to do, we don't have enough training, and all our lives we've been put down and told we're not good enough. We were constantly compared to others, and we only had each other to rely on. They say there's power in numbers, and there is. That's not even the worst part. Her boss is just as hormonal as her, except for the fact that her boss is a guy. Silas was also involved in every death we've ever heard of, and he got a kick out of torturing us with that fact. Jena was at least kind enough to spare us that. The thing is, before all of this, our lives were fairly normal. So we were orphans at a young age, and so we lived with the school, but it wasn't like we had too many problems with those facts. Oh one thing that would probably be useful to know is the fact that we also control different elements. So when I say we were thrown into a war, we weren't COMPLETELY defenseless. We had plenty of defense, we just didn't know how to use it. As smart as we were, we were still amateurs when it came to our powers.
