Chatran is a host of many values even with his personal flaws. While his convictions are absolute, Chatran freely gives of himself to those that are honorable and respectful to him and to themselves. He returns as good as he gets, but his returns are in full! Of Chatran's greatest values is the protection of women of all types, and the protection of puppies, children, and cubs. And like any father or protector, Chatran will allow no threats to those that he loves and those that love him. Above all else, Chatran lives for family, friends, and a good time with them as often as possible. Even if he has to violently move something or someone out of the way to enjoy them. That is primarily due to the fact that Chatran has had a life filled with loss. He's been on his own for more than 15 years and has been alone in all of that time. Because of the Beast within, Chatran has had to maintain a solitary existence among people unlike himself and he's done okay in that life. But it hurts him. One day, while at work, an event takes place that changes Chatran's life and launches him into his natural element. Chatran learns to live and become one with his natural elemental form and embraces life and himself fully. He also learns something far greater. Because of that knowledge, he offers and ultimately, gives himself to others that have accepted him. But he has to earn their respect and trust very quickly before he is lost within himself and is released without direction. With the trust of the others, Chatran will have the responsibility of their protection. The question then becomes; can one of great strength partner with one of wrath and be successful in navigating their way to their real home? Or will they take the wrong road, unknowingly, and be damned while pursuing handfuls of shiny and pretty things? The problem is that there is no help. And the one leading the way isn't the one making the decisions.
